Turbos need a bit of time to spool up and if you where to use a nicely tuned shot of nitrous to shorten that spool time then you might have something there. A shot of nitrous while in the middle of a drift will more than likely upset the balance between steering angle and throttle control and would more than likely send you into a spin out every time.
